Delivery will be between the hours of 7AM and 12PM the morning of your event. We will come back the following day to pick-up your rental.
All rentals are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Your rental will arrive clean, sanitary and ready for fun.
Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. If unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 75´ of the unit… or a generator. Long cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
If you want to set-up somewhere without a power-source, you will need to rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.

Yes, all orders require a $50 deposit which can be paid by check or credit card. Deposits are not refundable. Weather cancellations are fully refundable.
Please call or email our office before 8 AM the morning of your party if you wish to cancel. We do deliver units in the rain. The only time we will not deliver your moonwalk is if winds are in excess of 25MPH.
Sizes are listed under the description of the unit on our website. Please allow 2' of clearance on each side of the jumper.
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Some of our units require an attendant. Please allow at least a 4’ access to the area where it will be set up. The moonwalks can weigh up to 850 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment.

Our drivers and delivery staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been background checked and trained in first aid and CPR. They will be wearing a Busy Bee t-shirt clearly identifying them as “Staff.”

Yes. All units are different sizes. We will work with you to determine if the rental you selected will fit in your venue. Site visits are available.
Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up and set-up the rentals, but we do not feel that guarantees safety. We personally set-up and pick-up every rental. The set-up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and we make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation.
