Q.Do you deliver to other cities not listed on your website?
A.Yes, Please call our office for a current quote: 781-447-8300.
Q.When do you set up and pick-up?
A.Delivery will be between the hours of 7AM and 12PM the morning of your event. We will come back the following day to pick-up your rental. For special arrangements please call our office at 781-447-8300.
Q.What condition will our rental arrive?
A.All rentals are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Your rental will arrive clean, sanitized and ready for fun.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the unit the entire time - if unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 75´ of the unit and we will provide an extension cord.
Q.What if I don’t have a power source?
A.If you do not have a power source available, we offer generator rentals for $75
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash, Check or All major Credit Cards. If paying with cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if we need to cancel?

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a $50 deposit which can be paid by check or credit card. Deposits are refundable if cancelled by 8AM the morning of your rental.
Q.What is your weather policy?
A.Please call or email our office before 8AM the morning of your party if you wish to cancel. We do deliver units in the rain. The only time we will not deliver your moonwalk is if winds are in excess of 25MPH.
Q.How big are the units?
A.Sizes are listed under the description of the unit on our website. Please allow 2' of clearance on each side of the bounce house or jumper, water slide, obstacle, or tent.
Q.What about the big moonwalk and slides? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each unit. Some of our units require an attendant. Please allow at least a 4’ access to the area where it will be set up. The moonwalks can weigh up to 850 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment to safely setup.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link on your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office. Safety information is also listed on our website’s Safety page..
Q.Who will deliver my rental?
A.Our drivers and delivery staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been background checked and trained in first aid and CPR. They will be wearing a Busy Bee t-shirt clearly identifying them as "Staff." Please feel to ask our delivery team any questions you may have.
Q.What kind of water supply will I need for my water inflatable?
A.All we need is your garden hose to be hooked up to a water supply.
Q.Can inflatables be set up indoors?
A.Yes. All units are different sizes. We will work with you to determine if the rental you selected will fit in your venue.
Q.Can I pick up and set up my rental myself?
A.Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up and set-up the rentals, but we do not feel that guarantees safety. We personally set-up and pick-up every rental. The set-up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and we make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation.
Q.What if there is a problem after the delivery staff has left?
A.We have staff on-call everyday until 5 PM. Please call 781-447-8300 and we will assist you immediately.
